Thank you! I do not hear anyone making this critical point. As a public health policy it has been effective where screening alone was not because people slip through the cracks of our crappy system. Recommendations are based on public health strategies, and leave people free make their own decisions

They can never require it but they may stop paying for it. No one is requiring it.

Not the killing of survivors, just the killing. None of these are justified and they are not war crimes, as there is no war. It is just plain murder for the presidents and secdef’s entertainment
