Two things I love: when I check the venue website and see they have done late event starting at like 10 or 11. Or when the venue website says CURFEW 1030. lovely. Of course then I just go find a bar to have six more beers in and still ruin my next day.

I watched the first and maybe second season on streaming sometime in the last ten years. And obviously saw later season contemporaneously as a kid. So may character developed over time but he was basically a sweet softy in the Sam & Diane years. It is, as you know, one of the most beloved sitcoms.
