Trump says it's a hoax. 5.2 million pages of a hoax.

Emails just released by a federal judge show that Justice Department leaders pushed to charge Kilmar Abrego Garcia — raising serious questions about whether Department officials had misled a judge in telling him that local prosecutors had acted alone in charging Abrego.

So many lies in this story... DHS agents shot an unarmed man with his hands up. They claimed self-defense and charged him with assault. All charges against him are now dismissed with prejudice after DHS refused to turn over the footage to the defense.

Prigg v PA (1842) a slavery case, that I learned in Con Law I, is about enslavers going into free states to retrieve people. It shows the human cost of slavery and the conflict of federal/state laws. Prof. Shapiro draws parallels in current politics.

The case is discussed in my forthcoming book.

MAGA is pulling out all the stops to intimidate Judge Boasberg for looking into Bove contempt of court, which should disqualify him.

Two Trump judges delayed the contempt hearing long enough for Bove to get confirmed by obsequious Senate.

Just a coincidence, I’m sure.

So did she close this without seeing these docs? Or was someone hiding them?
