I believe it is both. Tesla is like a Ponzi scheme and it’s still being pushed by people that are in the scheme. Even with the oligarchs pushing it, it’s coming down. Just may take some time

They were spurred on by this being the last of the EV credits and they still came in low. Next year gonna suck for them.
