And He ALWAYS backs off if the person either doesnt stop running or if the dog growls at Him. It is literally only me who He hates with an intensity that rivals the likes of AM.

But also. He ONLY treats ME this way. When I am not on His block but still within rendering distance, I see other people jogging or walking their dogs right near His house and He either watches them impassively or lazily saunters up to sniff them.

I am probably just very easily identifiable to him because I wear almost the exact same wardrobe and hairstyle every day like a cartoon character no matter the time or weather
