Will see this again in Ahsoka Season 1 where Thrawn is very much ready to destroy the Great Temple regardless of how the Nightsisters would feel.

I think if you judge Thrawn as a adaption of the character for a mostly episodic Animated Y-7 Series for Disney XD he's perfect.
