Trump's cronies at the DOJ and FBI will have gone through the Epstein files, and would have released them by now if there wasn't something to hide.
There is clearly something that they don't want revealed .. be it against Trump or someone he wants to protect.

I fear for Japan if Takaichi or Kobayashii become PM. The world is shifting dangerously to the right .. blaming the foreigners is almost always where authoritarianism starts!

Well, it was a democratic election and more people voted for Labour than any of the other political parties / candidates. Good or bad depends on your rosette!!
If the turnout was low that's disappointing but the range of representation and relatively even distribution of votes is good in my opinion.
