Lamenting the loss of something that was briefly super fun I get. Especially as a hockey fan with the radio ignoring our sport. However, it is time to let Wilson float away. Social media has ruined the one thing in this world that always brought us together. Which is why PHLY and co. fucking rules!

Shame. Had he not been such a highly regarded prospect, he could have very well used a month at the beginning of the season in the AHL. There he would have had the opportunity to get in game shape and return to the NHL ready. Pretty important that he stays local this summer.

Awesome that you have landed on Philly as home! Fairmount is not cheap (or the coolest). But there are still good 2 story 2BR fixer uppers on awesome side streets. My agent can find the old ones that need love before they hit the market.

This signing is meh. But so would be signing some comparable free agent C in July for the same amount. I'll choose the known commodity. Especially with Luchenko and co. clearly a ways away at this point.

I think that style the canes is not a good matchup for the flyers in a seven game series. Not quite enough skill yet. I do not think they would get more than a win or two. But what the hell. I’ll just be pumped to watch playoff hockey!
