The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has established rules requiring drivers to be able to speak & read English.
In other words, to get a CDL, English is already required. This is just some feel good (for racists) diplomacy, about as meaningful as pardoning a damn turkey.

Not quite as big as two weeks ago but it was Easter weekend. Still a great group and inspiring.
