A process is exactly right!!
When I started functional strength training I told the trainer that my only goal was to be able to comfortably lug my giant baby around. Parenting is natural resistance training but sometimes the resistance ramps up faster than the strength!

education. It should be easy to purchase a product without having to research to make sure it isn’t poison or a scam. Make the simple things easy so we can focus on the things that have to be hard: Teaching kids to be good people. Inventing things that didn’t exist before. Improving ourselves.

The words that keep echoing in my head are: “it doesn’t have to be this hard.” Maybe the positive framing is: “it should be easy.” It should be easy to buy your groceries and afford good housing. It should be easy to file your taxes and get your VA benefits. It should be easy to get your kids a good
