If they KNOW there are checks going to dead people, that would be fraud! My state had someone not too long ago convicted of murdering a relative, burying them in the back yard and collecting their military pension. They are in prison now. It was the only instance I can recall in my 71 years.

I have miscarried twice. Once when the doctor had to remove the contents via D & C, once when I had a bout of extreme bleeding with clots and upon examination, learned I was pregnant and miscarrying at the same time. I guess they would have to come get me I wouldn't know what to put in the bag.

Well, duh, here's how I see it. The GOP controls all three branches of government. It is their job to secure the necessary votes. It means doing a little give and take. They won't do that. I am actually glad the Democrats have a red line on this.
