Pritzker: Time to stop wondering if you can trust the nuclear codes to people who don’t know how to organize a group chat. It’s time to stop ignoring the hypocrisy in wearing a big gold cross while announcing the defunding of children’s cancer research…

I did this for a library patron on her laptop today. Free and took about a minute.

Sounds like a series I might like!

I always want to follow behind Prue and Paul and scoop up something that they say is "claggy, underproved, underbaked, too much caramel, too sweet, the chocolate is too thick" and devour the entire plate. #GBBS

I mean, a potato famine is bad enough without houses eating you and stuff.

Halfway through BOOK OF LIVES (November 4), a memoir by @margaretatwood.bsky.social Witty and fascinating. Too much about Graeme Gibson IMO, but this is understandable. #ewgc @prhlibrary.bsky.social

A Welsh fairy tale retold, HONEYSUCKLE will be one of my 2026 fantasy faves. Big sister makes her little brother a magical playmate out of flowers who must play any game he chooses. How sweet! For a while. #ewgc @barfridmantell.bsky.social @macmillanlib.bsky.social

It *is* great fun! Cozy Romantasy is the greatest subgenre! Or is it a sub-subgenre? Anyway I love it.

They are so darned good. I've always meant to listen to the audio. And I'm big on the Crows. They were the best part of the TV show too.

Wanna come to Southwest Virginia/Northeast Tennessee in summer or fall of 2026? There are two great bookstores and this great little library that I work in. And you could stay in a historic hotel and go to the theatre. Keep Appalachia in mind!
