Jilltopia is a tiny micronation completely surrounded by the United States, having seceded from the U.S. in early 2017. We have a small self-governing population, and our constitution simply requires that everyone here has to be nice to each other.
Our circle of compassion is what differs between liberals and conservatives. Conservatives tend to only care about their immediate circle and people who look like them. Liberals expand that to include all humans. That’s not likely to change until we all teach our children to be kind to everyone.
