You’re may need to limit your layers. I find watercolor ground difficult to apply multiple glazes to and also to pull fine details. (That may be user error however.)

The tube exteriors are so pretty and satisfying all lined up though. 🤣

I cannot wait to see what you think of the pastel ones from Daiso! I was disappointed in the color payout, and when I panned them they dried up into nothing. 🤣 Literally, there were a few dried bits stuck to the edges of the pan, but that’s it. I’d never seen shrinkage that bad before!

It is crazy that this book is nine years old! And to those of you who haven’t read it yet, what are you waiting for?? It’s brilliant!
