My now-12-year old started this nonsense at about that age and I am just so done with it (entering 7th grade this year) 🙄 Fortunately, my younger kiddo (now starting 4th) still loves school so...🤞🤞

My goto is to ask LLMs how many states have R in their name. They always fail. GPT 5 included Indiana, Illinois, and Texas in its list. It then asked me if I wanted an alphabetical highlighted map. Sure, why not.

what ferritor needed was moral education — and the limits and boundaries that come with it. he needed to learn that he had obligations beyond his own interests & personal advancement. he needed to learn that he had duties to other people. his parents fostered his brilliance at the expense of a soul.

One of the moms I interviewed for Holding It Together is a school bus driver. She's her family's primary earner (<$25K/yr), and she doesn't have access to paid leave, so she had to go back to driving while still bleeding after childbirth.
