Thanks. I have always been astounded by the lack of citizenship status in American Samoa. But that allowed the Interior department to appoint an idiot as governor who thought the Pago Pago bay (the whole reason we grabbed the territory for a deep water harbor) was a lake!

He had a successor that I used to see when I was still a resident there. Always sad to lose such a living treasure.
