Is there a Windows alternative to YouTube? I don't watch videos on my phone (partly because I have ad blockers on my laptop).

I went to a talk at the local Nuffield Hospital and that was one point made. They showed scans of deceased men, with lots of little areas of cancer, but they hadn't died from cancer.

As a Chartered Engineer I was eligible to get FEANI membership. I assume that stopped applying post Brexit (though it's academic as I gave up my IET membership on retiring).

Police in the UK already have unmarked (black, or white) cars, with blue lights secreted behind the grill. I assume they're used by certain officers or for certain purposes. The vast majority as are in the photo.

But we now have 40% of container ships coming back fro China empty. Hardly very climate friendly.

Exactly. You can't blame them when they see so many talentless nobodies make fortunes on Instagram or TikTok, flashing their designer clothes and flash cars, or even people who create businesses whose value goes stratospheric without any underlying worth.

I've bought from Aliexpress with Vat paid but no duty. I understand if it's below £135 no duty applies. I've not tried ordering more than that at a time.

Eurostar/Eurotunnel would be a lot more attractive if I didn't have to travel from Cheltenham! I did train from Cheltenham to Aberdeen once and that was bad.
