I read Mercer Mayer’s Just Grandma and Me in story time today and I told the families that it was the first book I memorized in Japanese. Apparently this book is still a major hit with some families (even though it was published in 1983) and my lore drop just made it even more beloved I guess 😂

I’m trying to cook the Boeuf En Daube from To the Lighthouse and idk which is more frustrating, the fact that it takes three days to make or the fact that I need to cut the measurements down because I’m not cooking for FOURTEEN PEOPLE 😂
