Note that deep in the article it notes that mortgage rates usually track closest to the 10-year T-bill, which ticked back up modestly. Despite headlines, mortgage rates are pretty stable.

If you're stopping by, you may want to come in on J-12 off 10th W instead of Gadsden off K.
