I would say the huge swings and misses that Kenny had in 2015/16/17/18. 4 years and all we have to show for it is Ras, Burger and Veleno

No he is not a bad GM, flaws yes
That said it is his coach to deal with. I would ride the year out and make a change in the off season. There is lots of money and underperforming players coming off the books this and next year. I will judge Yzerman after his ASP and Danielson picks make the roster.
