We were just in Tokyo and we met Max at the Apollo Bar. It’s a tiny downstairs bar in Ginza that only plays music by Tom Waits. The drinks were carefully executed. The funny thing was that we were not there 2 minutes when Tom Traubert’s Blues came on the speakers, which quotes Waltzing Matilda.

We have been traveling this April. I have wanted to go to Uluru for a while now. This is my contribution to the collection of zillions of pictures at sunrise. It is magical to see.

This is a good place to be these days of awfulness. This bench is on a fire trail in the Australian Blue Mountains and the view from it is stunning.
