Just an observation: Sen. Warren Petersen, on the right behind Hobbs, has shaved his beard in the interim.
It's no doubt because he's running for AG, and there's still some weird calculation in political circles that beards are bad on the campaign trail.

The old Arizona Capitol Times building, which was purpose-built and designed by Ned & Diana Creighton, has been gutted and is being renovated.
Even my brief walk-through at the construction site this morning brought back a flood of memories.

This is Trump in a nutshell: Implement a policy that harms America, then reverse it and claim credit for "delivering" relief that wouldn't have been needed in the first place if the original policy (widely understood to be idiotic and harmful) hadn't been implemented.
