That is a delicatessen ham loaf that is sliced really thin. They just give you about a quarter of a pound of it to pile high on a bun. Colby Longhorn Cheese is yellow.

Very cool to see. Every once in a while, I think about this; when you walk outside, and that Sunlight hits your face, it left the surface of the Sun about 8 1/2 minutes ago. Just awesome.
