This week marks 72 revolutions around the sun for me. I intend to do at least ten more. Im thankful for living in a country as wonderful as Canada, to be in a loving marriage, and to have above average good health. What more does a person need?

Actually it will likely be labelled an ideologically motivated opportunistic attack. Targeted typically refers to a specific victim who was selected prior to the attack.
People keep calling the shooting random. He didn't go to a grocery store and murder a pregnant person or an elder, he specifically picked armored people in uniform carrying guns. That is literally the opposite of random, which is: targeted
