Alex WAS NOT brandishing his gun & he wasn't reaching for it when he was viciously murdered. The video clearly shows Alex pinned down by ICE & an agent removing Alex's gun from its back waist holster & walking away with it. Then while Alex was still pinned down they pumped 10 bullets into his back.
