the anime and manga changed the design a bit to make it more “anime” yk… but if i’m not mistaken every char in the novels has dark/brown hair, except for gyokuyou, ayla, aylin, characters that are meant to be western or have a western lineage…
all the other characters are as asian as they can get!

these three things cause so much diskhorse and are the root of so many problems in fandom…… like we need to find a way to beat this evil… 😕
