At my recent hospital stay, the chap in the next bed was suffering terribly from shingles. Even needed surgery.

So, after release, I checked my notes: I have had chicken pox, so I almost ran to the Drs for the vax. And now it may also protect from dementia. May have to move to Wales, though.
