Like, I hate Elon too, but the engineers at Space X are not randomly blowing shit up for the fun of it. Additionally, there are dozens of government agencies making sure every launch is safe for both the people and the environment

Many. Some with people on them. The wildlife getting hit by the debris is fish. The launches purposefully avoid flying over land, so that the debris isn't a danger to people and the environment.
Also, Space X has literally the most reliable rocket ever. They're not some jackals engineers.
