Retiree Health Benefits: It required the USPS to pre-fund the health benefits for its future retirees over a 75 yr. Period, a requirement no other federal agency or company faces.

Congress has forced the USPS to expense their pension obligations 50 years in advance. This causes their net income to be artificially low.
