Finally got my dream reading chair (a wingback La-Z-Boy)… and Doe has informed me that a single-occupant chair is a design flaw. Apparently all seating must accommodate one human and one very insistent dog.

Completed the virtual Maine Half Marathon today! So lucky to be able to live somewhere that I can walk out my door and run in the Maine forest.
And now I shall be lazy for the rest of the day, reading and editing the latest WIP.

A nice little garden haul today. I’m pretty sure I somehow managed to crossbreed all my peppers (green, lunch box, jalapeño, and habanero) into on weird pepper though. Guess we’ll find out when I taste it.

Though he started his life abandoned in a hotel room, Mr. Bowie Stardust still gives his love freely to anyone will to pet him.
I’m so thankful that he and our older dog, Doe, are getting along so well. She finally has a brother to snuggle on the couch with her.
