Venezuela is just one more country the United States’ constant efforts to install regimes friendly to the U.S so as to exploit its resources. Except this time at least the Trump administration does not try to hide the fact that reason is for oil and other vast resources.

Cotton is so full of shit. Even if these boats were carrying drugs, of which there is ZERO evidence being presented. The people in the boats are civilians. Summarily executing them by blowing up their boats is MURDER. Immaterial if it was a first strike or a follow up strike.

It would be a travesty if only admiral Bradley is court-martialled and imprisoned. Being a senior officer he should have known better than to follow illegal commands. First for blowing up the boat and second for killing the two survivors. Hegseth must also face the same consequences.

A good leader will take the blame and try to exonerate those under him. Both Trump and Hegseth are cowards, willing to shift the blame on to those below them.
