I lost my Mom and nephew (who was only 21) both to cancer 6 months apart in 2022. It’s hard to believe I’m upon the 3rd holiday season without them and while I try to honor their memories in a healthy and positive way, I can’t help but fall down a rabbit hole of despair, gloom, and sadness. 😢
