Sweet sunset in Venice tonight
This sculpture was my Dad’s. One of his favorite quips was “If you see a turtle on a fence post, you know he didn’t get there by himself.” Now this is on my desk, and I think of him and that humility every day.

Highly recommend the baked lemon ricotta from Trader Joe’s. Really yum and not too sweet. Great on chewy wheat bread
