I ❤️ that goals for the centre classes are co-created with learners. This requires special focus days where we come together to plan. Today's learner planning day has been cancelled due to snow. However, Lilypad is not complaining.

This never gets old. I love that I can stroll along the beach at lunch-a perfect salt air break between my teaching locations. I breathe deep, re-centre, and recharge before spending the afternoons in front of a screen.
