Yikes! Hopefully your place didn't have too much damage. Those night ones always make me nervous. I need to see what's coming or know if it's close. The ones my sister were in was during the day and touched down in or near their neighborhood.

Not at all! My sister's been in three of them in the last few years. They were either too close for comfort or she was dab smack in the middle and she's the one scared of the weather🤣

Wichita Falls is in a league of its own. I had a VHS of that one as a kid, too! The man surviving under the overpass and the lady and her coworkers riding it out at their bank was mind blowing. I'm also trying to find out more on the one we had here in June 1989.

Same here! It all started after watching a documentary on TWC back in the day about storm chasing. Next thing you know, I was checking out every single book on them I could find 😂 My favorite documentary is "Twister: Fury on the Plains." Great stuff!

I totally understand that. I deleted mine after 15 years which was tough because it was too much and my posts were being buried by the political stuff. A nightmare!
