Felt like a rather weird brain fog this AM. usually I wake up with no alarms, I immediately know the date and time and the to-do’s the instant I awaken. Today is weight training day for me. That was all going well until I forgot that today is in January.

So glad that I am getting more familiar with publishing on Substack for longer essays.

I do know what is happening in the world and I would not want to discount both all the bad and all the good that happens in this world. So I try to take as much control / agency as I can to make things better for the world, meeting, working and living with new people and places to personally grow.
