I just ran some numbers from the census. it's actually 13% of the population. It could be even higher due to some Medicaid users going through the exchange.

My mother had the same test before the nursing home would take her. She kept looking to me for answers. 😥 The only thing she could do was count down from 100 by 7s. She didn't even know my name, but her math was still good.
