For anyone out there struggling I can’t recommend therapy enough. I was sceptical but it’s kept me going during a really dark period where my thoughts went to a place a lot of people, men particularly, don’t often talk about. It’s a marathon, not a sprint, but it’s worth it. #MentalHealthMatters
