Today at work I had a conversation with a little boy about the stickers I gave him, and he was trying to hold the sticker sheet & an activity/coloring book he was getting & I saw he was struggling so I got him a bag for it.

so my brother & I live in the same city, about an hour away from our parents. my folks come up or we go there pretty regularly, so his kids know & love Grampa & Gramma! well, yesterday my dad came up for a visit, & he took his motorcycle (my nieces are familiar with it, but not so much my nephew)

Got my new specs today! They don't get *super* dark outside, which is fine, and makes it easier to see when coming back inside

So a month or two ago, I randomly found this train ticket for Irish Rail, dated May 15, 2022. It's not mine (I haven't left the country in over 20 years & have never been to Ireland)...I found it at the mall or library or maybe at work, but I'm just so amazed that someone held onto it for 3 years!

So a month or two ago, I randomly found this train ticket for Irish Rail, dated May 15, 2022. It's not mine (I haven't left the country in over 20 years & have never been to Ireland)...I found it at the mall or library or maybe at work, but I'm just so amazed that someone held onto it for 3 years!

Went to the eye doctor today for an exam and will now have 2 sets of glasses- 1 for daytime activities (including driving) & close up, 1 for nighttime driving & far away...I just turned 42 🤦🏼♀️ i thought this was still a decade or two away!

Am I now officially an OLD™️?

Been feeling crummy lately so I went to the doctor today...confirmed my suspicions, I've got a sinus infection.
Know what else I have? A to-do list as long as my arm and ZERO energy or motivation to do it.

Fun fact I learned today: the smoke alarm in my apartment will 💢chirp💢 at me if it's too cold 🥶
I keep my one & only window open in winter bc I have a studio apt & otherwise it's too hot/stuffy. Plus I sleep better when it's cold.

Fun fact I learned today: the smoke alarm in my apartment will 💢chirp💢 at me if it's too cold 🥶
I keep my one & only window open in winter bc I have a studio apt & otherwise it's too hot/stuffy. Plus I sleep better when it's cold.
