Thanks for doing this Bill. I was already knew of some of these Others I was not aware of, but having read their books I was nodding my head in recognition of the DD 'aura' in them

I find that they repay rereads, the first time, just go with the flow and don't fret too much on the detail. Important characters will soon stick in your mind. But to answer your question, Game of Kings is a good starting point (Although I actually started with Niccolo Rising :) )
