FFS I'm blue in the face telling you guys how shit your IT is. Most time you don't even get directed to an option over the past months, now the £20 special, still charges 60 quid, once bank details have been put in. Fucking Mickey Mouse stuff. Deary me, kick somebody's arse and get this fixed.
