Does anyone else think that Trump was given a sedative that wore off during his speech? Like he was so dead pan and the beginning, then near end he started to sound and act like his lizard king self

Okay hear me out. Trump is a lizard person. Think about it, that's why he can't get the skin tone right, he can't move or stand like a normal person, and he can't pronounce things. It also explains the regenerating ear.
