The treatment of ME/CFS sufferers in the UK is a massive scandal. I am appalled by the contents of that Monbiot thread!

yeah it is 0 craic. My kids are delighted with it when it runs as it's straight from 10 mins from our house to the school -- but when it doesn't run, it's emergency-dad's-taxi mode for me :(

...it's still in the timetable, as far as I can see? and no messages on their X account about it.

This morning, and y'day morning, the kids' N2 bus to school suddenly went out of service at the last minute, just after Broombridge. This resulted in hurried scrambles to give them lifts to school. Very odd that it happened two days in a row.... hopefully Go Ahead haven't decided to quietly drop it

This statement can be both accurate and misleading.

It is intended to reassure Dublin’s largest employer (Google) that no effective regulatory action will be taken, while justifying that by the use of the word “precise” in the last line.

Without a definition, it can be used to avoid all action.

We told the DPC about this. It has known for years.
But yesterday it released this in a statement - perhaps in an attempt to absolve itself from the location scandal shown on national TV recently.
The statement is incorrect.

Read this item by TB researcher whose grant got cancelled as 'dangerous gain of function.'

Ironic, because the administration (RFK), has promoted whole‑virus vaccines, whose development, especially if they are attenuated, probably relies on very similar techniques.

It keeps coming back, longer and longer and lesser and lesser each time. But it does come back. All I can do is recommend becoming a creature of lazy habit, so that your lazy habit becomes "not buying smokes" and you can just get in the habit of no longer smoking
