...this is something else. I am trained in the use of AT mines. It's not complex, you place AT mines on or in the ground. This is a reduction of a human to nothing more than a walking piece of dirt. It's simply obscene.

And I'd argue that it doesn't. Even 1984, as horrifying as it is, has the thought police wanting to control the minds of people, so as depressingly oppressive as they were, the party at least acknowledged the humanity of the oppressed even as they tried to control and destroy it. But this...

All of the dystopian sci fi, all of the bleak warnings of literature, none of that predicted anything as inhuman and repulsive as this scene. This should be an age of wonders; now the only wonder is that the universe doesn't just spontaneously swallow us up.

If someone with such a letter does something illegal, go after them twice as hard. They are aware that some of the things that they are being asked to do are wrong, but they prove with these requests that they are only concerned about covering their own asses.

An easy mistake to make, and we all need to be careful, especially as the tech improves. We all need to be doubly careful, as the MAGAts will themselves seed the zone with this sort of stuff so that they can 'reveal' that it's all 'fake news'.

When this BS investigation turns up 'evidence' that Trump won in '20, this will be used to nullify anything and everything done by Biden & as the votes the bastard needs to merely claim the White House in 2028 because of a previously 'stolen' election.
