On this day in 2019 - Cross Country Voyager 220006 climbs the Lickey Incline with a Plymouth to Aberdeen service. It is the steepest sustained main-line railway incline in the UK at 1 in 37 for 2 miles from Bromsgrove to Blackwell in North Worcestershire! In past days trains needed a push! 07-10-19

They certainly do and are beautiful ducks (sometimes called Wigeon or Eurasion Wigeon). Have to admit I've never heard the expression "you silly widgeon" here in the UK!
