You definitely lose the day when you take the morning flight. But I also lose the day with the Red Eye because I rarely sleep on planes. So I might as well lose the day with the day flight.

No. I learned long ago to stay the hell away from those. Though unfortunately they are sometimes unavoidable here in the PNW.

Get ready for darkness. It's practically pitch black here in Seattle by 5pm. On the flipside, we have SO MUCH daylight in the summer.
