One of the most important ways to stabilize cortisol is to balance your blood sugar throughout the day. Every meal matters.

Make sure that first meal of the day has fats, protein (20-30g) and produce, with fibre and colour.

That will impact the rest of your day, your sleep… and your next wake up.
