Last night tfg went to "Les Miserables," which is about a populist rebellion against a tyrannical king.

Does he not see the parallels?

I'm greeted with headline "RFK Jr. says COVID shots no longer recommended for kids, pregnant women" (NPR). Isn't this from the man who has not gotten the advice from his own independent panel in issuing the decree and who admits that people should NOT consider his advice on such matters?

Bullshit.

I just read the tfg wants to sell the HUD headquarters. You know, that is just not something that I think a chief of state should even devote an ounce of brain power. He does (or did) have depts devoted to that. Like a carnival barker saying it's going fast.

2/ It's not who I am but it apparently is who tfg is. And for that matter, the woman whose name rhymes with blabbered.

May you rot in hell. I stand with Ukraine!

1/ As the tfg mobile goes rolling along, I learn today that tfg has now pulled the sharing of intelligence with Ukraine. Obviously this a boon to tfg's masters.

I am ashamed to be an american at this point in time.

As transgression follows transgression, I personally have no sense that anyone is doing anything. Not democrats, not 1986 republicans, not the common man save this or that protest. I've read that one Judge after another has said tfg/Melon are breaking the law and then never hear of it again.

Next for the WH: Re-brand Christopher Columbus. He wasn't such a bad guy after all.

There is nothing more incongruent than tfg being the head of the Kennedy Center. He probably thought it was named after Senator John Kennedy, LA.

Yesterdays news brought the fact that the FCC has opened an inquiry into PBS and NPR. My guess is that the FCC would like us to get our news from Joe Rogan instead of the dastardly programmer at PBS and NPR.

Beware.

Jan 20th, a day that will live in infamy.

I've been reading about the Civil War for about the last couple of years. I found this quote from Sherman & Grant:

At Shiloh:
SHERMAN: “Well, Grant, we’ve had the devil’s own day today.” GRANT: “Yes. Lick ’em tomorrow, though.”

There is something comforting in that.

To all concerned, let's not get too upset by the latest Amb to Greece thing. For sure, Aristotle is rolling in his grave. Let's stay focused on the larger issues, Patel, Bondi, Gabbard and the list goes on. It's the citizens of Greece that need our sympathy.

Hillary's prediction/statement of fact that tfg's world was a "basket of deplorables" appears to have been right on track.

A headline from ABC News: "How Brazilian police say Bolsonaro plotted a coup to stay in office".

Why is it that Brazil has one up on the US?

I've just finished an article about tfg's tariffs. #1/#2 from Canada will be gasoline and cars. #1 from Mexico, avocados. I don't think he could hit at any other 3 things that will incense the common folk (of which I am one).

It's going to be a long winter.

Where is Sarah Cooper? We need some humor.
