Yes, and let’s not forget the “what you did NOT do” part of Matthew 25. The first part is about charity and the second is about apathy. I suspect that most people are guilty of simply not caring.

I was an early (small) investor b/c I thought the crowd funding model was an interesting idea. More family friendly. Little less than half of content has faith element (a lot, but not exclusive).

Great verse. Whatever you did (charity), and also whatever you did not do (apathy).

I am just a dude trying mar a living and and raise a family and I took the time to design apparel and speak out. Yah it’s not much but what do you expect us to do? It doesn’t help when people who agree with us insult us and pretend we don’t exist. truthtopowerco.etsy.com

Pastor Niemöller, author of a famous poem and also the Stuttgart Declaration of Guilt, would agree with Russ. I liked the story so much I made a T-shirt to encourage self reflection. What do you think?

I’m not an atheist but thank you for your thoughtful response.

I think Pastor Niemōller would agree too. It’s why I made this T-shirt. What do you think?

Niemōller eventually realized his errors and split off from the Deutsche Christen (The German Christians) to form Bekennende Kirche (The Confessing Church). It happened later than it should have - hence, the poem and the Stuttgart Declaration of Guilt. A similar split in the GOP is long overdue.

If you say something to 1.4M people you will get garbage back with near certainty, right? Is the problem the ratio of garbage to non garbage?

I’m not following. This sounds like a weird way of asking if ends justify the means.

The world needs more of you. A modern day Martin Niemöller.

Both platforms appear to optimize for extreme rage and extreme tribalism. I don’t see how civility or nuanced disagreement can possibly compete for attention in these spaces.

Do you agree and do you think there are tweaks to the platform that would lead to better discussions?

This is so cool, what a great idea.
