It's the end of Native American Heritage Month, which is usually in my peripheral vision. I was "in the area," and I decided to visit Pine Ridge and pay my respects at Wounded Knee. I was the only person, but guys came pretty quick. Sun Bear and his friend showed me around. A sobering remembrance.
